[SOLVED]wifi driver not installed on HP-Laptop-15-da0xxx,

#issue with Network controller [0280]: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. Device [10ec:d723] been not detected by Ubuntu 18

1.Checking for wireless device

These steps worked for me and my on board WiFi was detected after REBOOT. 

just using inbuilt WiFi for Hotspot for mobile!!!
